Return and exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or the size you have chosen, we will help you make a return or exchange for another size.

You can return items that don't fit or that you don't like within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to make a return or exchange:

Remember that the grounds for complaint do not give:

  • Print and fill out the form (download) and the payment confirmation that came to your email when you placed the order
  • Package the item with the form and proof of payment and send it to the address:

Notice:
  • The goods must not bear traces of use, must be originally labeled and have packaging.
  • Delivery costs of the goods are paid by the buyer.
  • In the case of an exchange for another product, the cost of returning and shipping the new product is paid by the buyer.
  • In case of return of goods, SIDRO will only refund the amount for the goods.
  • Transactional returns are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
  • Refunds are made to the bank account specified in the return form.
  • For returns of discounted goods, SIDRO will refund the purchase price of the discounted goods to the gift card.
Complaint:

Remember that the grounds for complaint do not give:

  • natural consumption of goods
  • mechanical defects
  • misfit
  • making repairs yourself
  • misuse
  • failure to follow laundry instructions
  • inadequate ironing temperature
